Generator Hostels is one of Europe’s largest and liveliest hostels, with over 800 beds in London and 900 beds in Berlin.

Internships
At Generator Hostels we understand the value of developing employability skills that academia just does not provide students or graduates of today, such skills as business awareness, teamwork and communication which are valuable to their future employment.
We give our interns the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, by providing them with a very much hands on role with the responsibility and tasks that would be asked of them in their future employment.
These positions are based in the Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Front of House and Food and Beverage departments.

London
Kitchen Breakfast Supervisor
- Must have excellent customer service
- Has to be able to manage a team of 7 staff
- Must be able to plan/arrange /train and develop staff
- Be able to do departments staff rotas
- Holder of a Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Must have at least two years experience within hotel/restaurant environment
Night Receptionist /Day Receptionist / Reservation Agent
Must have previous reception experience and good customer service skills.
Bar Person
Previous experience in bar work and good knowledge of drinks and customer service.
Berlin
Human Resources Manager
Must speak German and have 2-3 year of experience in a similar role. Also knowledge of German Employment laws
Runner to start 1st March
A Bar Runner assists the bar team during operations, particularly during busy periods, restocking the bar, cleaning glasses, clearing tables, mopping up, etc.
A basic level of German is sufficient, English is required.
