Generator Hostels is one of Europe’s largest and liveliest hostels, with over 800 beds in London and 900 beds in Berlin.
We encourage a friendly party atmosphere while still providing efficient service at budget prices. We work not only to give uniquely good service to our guests but to encourage our staff to take pride and enjoy their work.
In the competitive market of travel and tourism, we as an organisation face many challenges, but with the team that we have developed and the highly motivated and talented workforce that we have and constant development of our strategy we are very optimistic of our future.

The Mission of the Human Resources department reflects and works towards achieving the company’s Vision which is “to build the leading hostel brand of the future and to create unique hostels in excellent locations for backpackers and other young travellers from all over the world.”

Internships
At Generator Hostels we understand the value of developing employability skills that academia just does not provide students or graduates of today, such skills as business awareness, teamwork and communication which are valuable to their future employment.
We give our interns the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, by providing them with a very much hands on role with the responsibility and tasks that would be asked of them in their future employment.
These positions are based in the Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Front of House and Food and Beverage departments.
